The Christchurch Conference Organising Committee is appreciative of the wonderful support and encouragement from members nationally in the initial planning stages and ongoing towards our 2015 Conference.
It is to be held at Te Puna Wanaka Marae at the Christchurch Polytechnic (CPIT) on Madras Street, the venue is the same as for the 2009 Christchurch Conference. Registration will start at 4pm and the powhiri at 5pm on Thursday 16 April, and the conference will run through until 1pm on Sunday 19 April 2015.
We are delighted that Fakhry Davids (UK) has agreed once again to be a guest speaker together with Pele Fa’auli.
Fakhry will also be running a post-conference workshop which will be held on Monday 20 April. Jayne Hubble (jayne.hubble@gmail.com) has kindly agreed to organise this, and there will be further details later.
There will be no pre-conference workshop this year The format of the conference is yet to be finalised however we envisage providing an opportunity for you to visit our damaged city, to see first hand where we are up to in the rebuild, followed by some form of group
process. At this stage we are also intending for Conference attendees to have a free evening on Friday.

Our dinner dance is likely to be held on Campus and we suggest early registration if you want to be certain of attending. As you will appreciate
there is currently a serious shortage of suitable dinner venues and we are unfortunately unable to seat more than 120 diners. Although we would like to
follow the recent trend of including dinner dance costs within the conference registration, in fairness to those who are unable or who do not
wish to attend, the fee will be separate.
Accommodation options may be limited and it is suggested that you organise this early.
