“This One Wild and Precious Life” – A Ecotherapy Retreat for Those in the Helping Profession

Location: Waitati Ecotherapy Centre, Dunedin, Otago
Dates: February 16th to 20th (3pm Thurs to 3pm Tues)

• Spend quiet time self-connecting in nature.
• Deepen through mystery…. to the depth of knowing.
• Journey with the four directions somatically in nature
• Practice gentle yoga practices to match the rhythms of the natural world.
• Develop or continue your own daily mindfulness practice.

“Wild at Heart” – A Somatic Ecotherapy Immersion – 10 Day Professional Training

Location: Kauaeranga Outdoor Education Lodge Thames
Date: 6th March – 16th March

The program will support participants, to develop a framework to facilitate a one-on-one Somatic Ecotherapy sessions. There are four modules each module revolves around the theme of one of the four cardinal directions and their associated stages of human development and transformation.
