In accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 1993, we take all reasonable precautions to protect any personal information we hold about you from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, 
We will not share any personal identification information with other organisations or individuals without your expressed consent – except in the extremely rare situation where we might be forced to do so by law or in order to protect the rights of the Association.
The New Zealand Association of Psychotherapists may collect personal identification information from you if you voluntarily submit such information to us through using the email contact page, responding to surveys, or through bookings for professional events via our site.
